Bus from Jelenia Góra to Karpacz — lines 100 and 104
From Jelenia Góra to Karpacz you can take the Karkonosze district buses (Powiatowa Komunikacja Karkonoska, PKK): line 100 via Mysłakowice and Kowary, or line 104 via Cieplice, Sosnówka and Miłków. The lines are run by PKS Tour of Jelenia Góra, and current timetables are published as PDF files linked from the Karpacz town website.
