This is our youngest place — after the Brick Museum and the Video Game Museum in Karpacz, Magda and I opened it in Szklarska Poręba. The exhibition was previously known as the Toy Museum (Muzeum Zabawek). It shows pop culture toys from different generations: from toy cars and dolls to whatever kids are into right now.

What will you see?

  • Bricks — models and layouts built from LEGO bricks, including large layouts with buttons that start sound and movement, a minifigure display and a Moomin house built from Pantasy bricks.
  • Hot Wheels — a huge collection of toy cars, collector RLC and premium models, and the complete AccelaRacers series, which came to us from Australia.
  • Dolls and figures — Barbie and Monster High zones, Sylvanian Families houses, display cases with manga characters and Pop Mart figures, including Labubu and Skullpanda. Those last two joined the exhibition thanks to our daughter Maja, who follows the trends.
  • Soft toys — a whole wall of teddy bears you can hug, and a giant teddy that reaches almost to the ceiling.
  • Retro games — consoles you can play on.

Is there anything to do, or is it just looking?

Besides looking, there are quests in which children search for hidden characters, a wall for building with LEGO bricks and consoles with retro games. We keep changing and improving the exhibition, so you may find something new on your next visit.

How long does a visit take?

Usually 30–40 minutes. Individual visitors do not need to book — tickets are sold on site.

What should you know before your visit?

  • Children up to 90 cm tall enter free.
  • You can pay by card or in cash. VAT invoices are sent by email.
  • Organised groups (15 people or more) arrange the date and price by phone.
  • In Szklarska Poręba you can buy a ticket to our Brick Museum in Karpacz at a very attractive price.
