Biuro Turystyczne Sudety has three offices in Karpacz: ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 55, ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 31 and ul. Karkonoska 12c. You do not need to go to an office for the trip itself — the coach picks up passengers at stops all over Karpacz.

Where do the trips depart from?
Trips start from stops all over Karpacz, including the railway station (junction of Konstytucji 3 Maja and Kolejowa streets), ul. Parkowa, Biały Jar and ul. Karkonoska 12c. On some routes, such as Prague, the coach also stops in Jelenia Góra, Miłków, Podgórzyn and Cieplice. Exact times for each stop are listed in the trip description on the agency’s website.
The pedestrian promenade in central Karpacz is being rebuilt in 2026, so the walk to the offices on Konstytucji 3 Maja street may be temporarily diverted.
