Are trails in the Karkonosze closed in spring?

Yes. From 15 March until at least the end of May, Karkonosze National Park closes some trails to protect the black grouse — for example, the blue trail from Przełęcz Okraj (Okraj Pass) to Skalny Stół. KPN publishes the current list of closures.
