By car

From central Jelenia Góra to Karpacz takes about 25–30 minutes. The park’s website gives no parking information — ask by phone.

Without a car

  • Trains from Jelenia Góra run to Karpacz again — the service resumed in June 2025.
  • In season regional and tourist buses run, and Bolt operates in town. The park’s website also mentions the Karpacz Express tourist train.
