At municipal car park no. 1 in Karpacz (ul. Parkowa) you pay 8 PLN for the first and each further hour or 40 PLN for the whole day (ticket valid until midnight on the day of purchase). The first 30 minutes once a day are free (lower section). The rates come from order no. 0050.88.2025 of 22 October 2025 (as of September 2026).

The order lists this car park as item 3. Parking time is proportional to the amount paid.
Are there free minutes?
In the lower section of car park no. 1 the first 30 minutes are free — once a day per number plate, at one chosen car park from this group only (no. 1 – lower section, 3, 12 and 13). Take a free ticket from the machine and leave it behind the windscreen.
How to pay?
At the machine by card, BLIK or coins, or in the moBILET, AnyPark, Flowbird or SkyCash app. Leave a machine ticket behind the windscreen; in an app, make sure the number plate is entered correctly.
How much for an hour and a half?
Parking time is proportional to the amount paid, so 1.5 hours costs 12 PLN. If 30 minutes is enough, take a free ticket from the machine in the lower section.
