The car park is in the centre, by the Town Hall on ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja — on the main road through Karpacz (ul. Parkowa – ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja – ul. Karkonoska). Because of the promenade works in 2026, walking around the centre may take longer.
Vehicles over 3.5 t gross weight may not enter this car park (regulations no. 1). Minibuses and coaches park at car park no. 8.
