Is the Kamieńczyk Waterfall in Karpacz?

No. Wodospad Kamieńczyka (the Kamieńczyk Waterfall) is in Szklarska Poręba, about 30 km from Karpacz — around 40 minutes by car to the car park on road no. 3 (Szosa Czeska).
