By car
From central Jelenia Góra to Karpacz takes about 25–30 minutes; ul. Karkonoska leads up to Upper Karpacz.
Without a car
- Trains from Jelenia Góra run to Karpacz again — the service resumed in June 2025.
- In season regional and tourist buses run, and Bolt operates in town.
The last stretch on foot
The approach to the church is steep and cobbled; the area around it is flat. The blue trail to Samotnia and Mount Śnieżka starts here — popular guides give about 3.5 hours one way to the summit.
