Can you take a cable car up Mount Śnieżka from Karpacz?

No. From Karpacz, the chairlift only takes you to Kopa, from where it is about an hour's walk to the summit. You can ride all the way to the summit only from the Czech side, on the cable car from Pec pod Sněžkou.
