Tourist Information Office in Karpacz
Karpacz Tourist Information (Informacja Turystyczna) is the town’s information office at ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja 25 in central Karpacz, open daily from 9:00 to 17:00. You can call +48 75 76 18 605 or email it@karpacz.eu (as of September 2026).
How can the tourist information office help?
Staff will suggest what to see in Karpacz and the region, how to prepare for a mountain hike and which events are coming up.
- Brochures and leaflets about Karpacz are free.
- Maps, publications and souvenirs are for sale.

Town information vs. the national park
The office on ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja is run by the town. Karkonosze National Park has its own “Domek Laboranta” education centre at ul. Leśna 9 and park ticket offices at the trailheads.
