Karkonosze National Park ticket offices in Karpacz
In Karpacz you can buy a Karkonosze National Park (KPN) ticket at four park information and ticket points: at Wang Temple, at the lower station of the Kopa chairlift, on the red trail to the Nad Łomniczką hut (Orlinek) and at Polana. The Wang and Kopa offices are open all year, and tickets are also sold online on the park’s website.
Where are the park ticket offices in Karpacz?
- WANG — next to Wang Temple, open every day of the year.
- KOPA — at the lower station of the Kopa chairlift, on the black trail; open every day of the year.
- ORLINEK — on the red trail to the Nad Łomniczką mountain hut; open on public holidays, weekends, during winter school holidays and daily in spring and summer.
- POLANA — at the junction of the yellow, blue and green trails above Karpacz; open on public holidays, weekends, during winter school holidays and daily in summer.
Can I buy a park ticket online?
Yes, at kpn.gov.pl/bilety (opens in a new tab). According to the park, your ticket is either the till receipt from a ticket point or the online purchase confirmation sent by email. Current prices and discounts are listed on the park’s ticket information page (opens in a new tab) (in Polish).
Who enters for free?
According to the park, there is no entry fee for children aged up to 7, among others. On 16 January, 24 May and 10 August entry is free — except at the Kamieńczyk Waterfall, where fees still apply.
Before you set off
- In bad weather the ticket points may close early.
- Park trails are open from dawn (one hour before sunrise) to dusk (one hour after sunset).
