Municipal car park no. 4 in Karpacz is on ul. Przewodników Górskich in Upper Karpacz (Karpacz Górny). Parking costs 8 PLN per hour or 40 PLN for the whole day (until midnight), and fees apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (order of the Mayor of Karpacz of 22 October 2025, as of September 2026).

Car park no. 4 is on ul. Przewodników Górskich in Upper Karpacz (Karpacz Górny). It is the closest municipal car park to Wang Temple and is managed by the Karpacz municipality. The town order on parking fees lists it as item 9.
How much does parking cost?
You pay 8 PLN for the first and each further hour, and a day ticket costs 40 PLN, valid until midnight on the day of purchase. There are no free 30 minutes at car park no. 4 — they only apply at car parks no. 1 (lower section), 3, 12 and 13. The minimum fee is 8 PLN. What is nearby?
- Wang Temple — a 12th-century wooden church at ul. Na Śnieżkę 8. No official distance from the car park is given; the final approach to the church is steep and cobbled.
- The Karkonosze National Park ticket office at Wang and the start of the blue trail via Polana and Samotnia to Mount Śnieżka.
Car park no. 4 and the “Wang” car parks
There are also private car parks in the area. The Wang parish points out that car parks called “Wang”, “Vang” or similar do not belong to the parish, which has no influence on their prices. The parish recommends car parks on ul. Karkonoska or at ul. Spokojna 1 — see Wang Temple — parking.
If you are hiking to Mount Śnieżka, the 40 PLN day ticket is better value than hourly fees.
