Municipal car park no. 4 is on ul. Przewodników Górskich in Upper Karpacz (58-540 Karpacz). From the centre, drive along ul. Parkowa, ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja and ul. Karkonoska.

From central Karpacz follow the main road: ul. Parkowa, ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja, then uphill on ul. Karkonoska to Upper Karpacz. Car park no. 4 is on ul. Przewodników Górskich.
The Wang parish suggests not relying on GPS navigation in the mountains, as it often sends drivers along shortcuts — stick to the main streets.
Vehicles over 3.5 t gross weight may not enter this car park (regulations no. 1). Minibuses and coaches park at car park no. 8.
